We invite instructors to join our community who:
- Holds strong expertise in languages, technology, academic subjects, personal development.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and can present or express concepts clearly.
- Show a kind, respectful, and professional attitude toward all students and colleagues.
- Dress professionally and maintain a positively engaging classroom presence.
- Respect and follow all institute policies and procedures.
Class Preparation and Punctuality
- Online Classes: Instructor must join the online session 10 minutes prior to starting of class and should have all the technical equipment with camera properly set up.
- Offline Classes: Instructor must be physically present in the classroom at least 10 minutes before students arrive and keep all materials ready to start on time.
- Punctuality: Being on time is mandatory and will lead to disciplinary action if not followed.
Important Policies and Professional Standards
To ensure a safe, supportive and professional learning environment, all instructors must adhere strictly to these rules:
- No exchange of personal contact information: Instructors are strictly prohibited from exchanging personal telephone numbers to students.
- Policy compliance: All institute rules, values and ethics must be respected and maintained at all times.
- Performance monitoring: The institute will regularly evaluate instructor performance by taking student feedback and class evaluation to maintain teaching quality.
- Professional conduct: Any inappropriate behaviour, discriminatory language, favouritism or harassment will result in disciplinary action.
- Online teaching: Maintain professional behaviour during in class online interactions including Chat, Audio and Video.
Consequences of Policy Violations
- Any serious breach or violations of the institutes policies may result in Verbal/Written Warnings, suspension or termination.
Payment Policy
- The number of classes assigned to the instructor must be fully delivered for the institute to process the respective payment.
- Instructor payments will be released only after the submission of completed class report and shall not be issued on a daily or weekly basis.
